Board of Trustees

The Crooked Tree District Library (CTDL) Board is comprised of eight members who serve without compensation for a term of four years. Four Board members are appointed by Melrose Township, and four members are appointed by Boyne Valley Township. If you are interested in serving on the CTDL Board, we invite you to submit your name, contact information, township of residence, and a brief statement on why you'd like to be considered. Your letter of interest will be kept on file for consideration in the event of a Board vacancy. Letters of interest may be mailed or dropped off at either branch location.

Approved minutes will be posted within five days after the Board's approval, in accordance with the Michigan Open Meetings Act. Please note that only approved minutes are available on our website. Proposed, draft minutes will be available for public inspection within eight days of the applicable meeting, also in accordance with the Michigan Open Meetings Act. The public may inspect proposed meeting minutes in person at either branch location.
